Club Members have been busy getting the Pool ready for another great summer of Fun. We look forward to soon seeing all of our friends back at Darley Swim club. Opening day is Sat May 23, 2026.
Dues/Expenses: (Pay by May 1st)
Your Board continues to strive to keep dues as low as possible, and despite the rising costs of seemingly everything of late will have held the dues to the same rate as last year! We have done extensive comparisons to pools in our surrounding area and our membership dues structure continues to be very competitive to others.
Our central location, spacious 18 acre property offering sun, shade, modern bath-house, two pools, large pavilion, grills, and other amenities continue to make Darley Swim Club a truly great value. The best way to keep our costs low is to increase our membership. Please talk to your friends and neighbors about joining our pool this year. It is a true win-win, they get a great summer at the pool, and it helps keep our cost down.To contain costs we have Emailed the Dues statement this year. Please make sure we have your current email address.
PayPal is available on our website to pay your dues. Please Note: There is an additional charge of $20 to pay with PayPal. There is no additional fee when paying by cash or check.
Reminders/Key Dates:
- Spring Cleanup/Maintenance EVERY Weekend in April (except Easter Sunday), noon to five each Sat/Sun (baring weather). We need your help to get the Club ready for another season.
- Dues Pay dues by May 1st, 2026 to avoid late fee. Any dues paid after May 1st will be accessed a $40 late fee.
- Opening Day Sat May 23th, 2026.
- Closing Day Mon Sept 7th, 2026 (Labor Day).
Maintenance Fee: While many pools do not reduce or refund maintenance fees, we continue to allow members to defray the $125 maintenance cost by helping at least 4 hours on one or more of the April Maintenance days (each Sat/Sunday) at the pool. Please include the date(s) you helped on your dues statement. For those that are unable to help, please add the $125 maintenance fee to your dues payment. NOTE: The maintenance fee is in addition to your dues.
Your Board is all volunteers, and we can't get the club ready without help from the membership.
Swim Team: Our swim team will again be combining with the Green Acres swim team to form the Mighty Narwhals! A good time was had last year as a combined team, and we look forward to another fun season in 2026. Contact Donna Regan for information: dregan324@gmail.com
